There are many types of mediums to take this connection, Such as Coaxial cable (Cable DTH), Optical fiber cable (fiber), Radio (wireless) and Twisted pair cables (copper wire).

1. Fiber :-

It is also called optical fiber. There is no limit to its speed. Its speed is very fast. If you have a company or there are 40 to 50 people in the family. Those who need internet. Then you can take it? But if you are like me, single-user or two-three people at home, then it would be stupid to take fiber.

1. Avoid choosing wrong router :-

Before you take the router, ask your broadband service provider which router to take? Because the maximum speed of the router is also very important. If your broadband service provider is giving you 300Mbps speed and your router is supporting 150Mbps maximum speed, then your 250mbps speed will go waste. So you should ask your broadband provider which router you should take?

2. Router features:-

All the routers nowadays have similar features. You can see some features in the photo below.

But apart from this there is a very important feature called router scheduling. You can schedule users connected to the router through router scheduling eg. Speed limit, Time scheduling, Guest network etc.

Take a plans as you need, Don’t take a broadband plan on seeing some one else. Ok Guys, I try to explain you even better. eg:- If you take a broadband plan of 100Mbps, then this speed is very high for a normal users. A broadband internet speed of 20-40Mbps is enough for a normal users, because with 40Mbps internet speed you can run multiple devices, you can streaming online videos, you can play heavy online games, etc.

But if you have 10-15 people in your house or you are a content creator, YouTuber, Online Gamer, etc. then you can take a plan for 100Mbps, because this is a broadband plan of 100Mbps it’s speed is much faster.

And Guys, Pay attention to one more things, if you select high speed internet plan, then this plan will cost you dearly. If you select slow internet speed plan, then you will find this plan cheaper. I am telling you this thing because if you are a student then you must pay attention to it, because i am also a student then you must take care of what plan you are choosing.
